Return & Refund Policy

Detroit Paintball does not offer refunds on retail purchases. If an item is brand new, never used and has all of its original packaging, it can be exchanged for store credit but we will never issue a cash refund. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed your order will not be eligible for an exchange. Certain items like paintballs cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

If the product is defective, it will be repaired based on the manufacturer's warranty. All paintball equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty so we will not just send out a brand new item. We must follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repair. The only time a brand new item will be given is if the manufacturer deems the product is not repairable.
